"Cartier Drive-- Desirable "Monaco" area."
Cartier Drive is a nice street in the desirable "Monaco" area of Rancho Palos Verdes. Many homes are raised from the street, so they offer panoramic ocean views. The Monaco area is great because it's close to schools, shopping and freeways. Since Cartier Drive is one of the larger streets in Monaco, it tends to get more traffic. It is also a very curvy street. The homes are spectacular and expensive. Ryan Park is within walking distance.
