"Top 10 Reasons to Not to Live on this Street!"
Top 10 Reasons to Not to Live on this Street, if you are over 30!
1) Do you like waking up to drunk people coming home from the bars at 2am on a Tuesday?
2) Do you wear a t-shirt? Because no one in PB seems to.
3) Walking distance to pretty much one of the direst places I have been Garnet, it is like Spring Break all the time
4) While it is close to the beach, there was a riot there last year and tons of underage drinking? So not so much
5) Only cheapie bar food around, at not cheapie prices
6) Did I mention it is where every college kid flocks to when they want to party?
7) Traffic is just incredibly awful 2 one-way roads in and out… it takes forever to get anywhere
8) My house was broken into there two times, neither time the police came
9) However, the police do have time to ticket your car
10) One redeeming quality--- Café 976
