"Great place to live overall"
It's a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. Great park nearby, public tennis courts, skate park, easy walking distance to a bus terminal. Walking distance to kmart, grocery stores, movie theater, skating rink. Neighbors leave a little to be desired but are quite tolerable.
Lots of pets, children and diversity. Good community with fun activities on the holidays.
