College Grove Dr
"A good Place to Go"
Theres actually alot to do on this street, it may seem small and inconspicuous but this sleepy street holds some real jems for the people in the surrounding area. Near Collage Ave & College Grove Dr. theres a Former Mall turned Shopping center. Theres a Walmart, Longs Drugs, Mervens, & Lowls.
If you want somthing to eat theres a few places to get something to eat like a togos in the walmart parkinglot or a star bucks on the other side of the shopping center.
for fun and recreation theres 2 different venues, the bowling alley has been there since the original shopping center was created. its a pretty good sized alley with no real crowds. The second place is a nature reserve called Chollas Heights Reservoir theres a small body of water there with a nice trail along it. theres always plenty of people there and alot of people bring there dogs for walks at the site.
across the street theres a park aswell with 2 base ball diamonds, the park is also called chollas or chollas park.
along time ago there was also a private radio controlled airplane runway here but that was in the early 90's and i dont know if its there anymore.
