"Neighborly"
Cottage Grove Place is located right off Roosevelt Highway; a busy thoroughfare in Union City Georgia. The location of the neighborhood benefits the residents as they have easy access to local shops, stores, and restaurants. The neighborhood is an older established one, where all the neighbors tend to know each other. There are older homes mixed in with some newer models. Many of the homes are nicely maintained, as well.
