"Life on Soaring Eagle Court in Castle Rock, CO"
Soaring Eagle Ct is in the Soaring Eagle neighborhood of The Meadows subdivision in Castle Rock, Colorado. Since this neighborhood has been around since the early 1990s, it has mature trees and lots of greenery which cannot be said for most of The Meadows.
The Soaring Eagle neighborhood has ready access to all of the amenities that The Meadows offers. The Grange is close and offers an outdoor pool, community education classes, and a nice meeting area. Paintbrush Park is next to The Grange and offers a place for the kids to play as well as baseball/softball diamonds and fields for soccer and football. Butterfield Park is a little further away but offers a much larger area for kids to run around.
As with most of Colorado, there are plenty of trails for walking, hiking and biking. Castle Rock, the namesake of the town, is close by and is a fun place for kids to hike. If you feel so inclined you can then rock climb to the top to take in an amazing view of the surrounding area.
Soaring Eagle Court is a quiet street on a cul-de-sac. Most of the traffic is from the residents. Most of the landscaping is in good condition although some has been around long enough to need some looking after. There is a wide range of ages represented on this small street. Most either have grade school or high school children or they are empty nesters.
Kids play along the street and in the cul-de-sac so there is some interaction between residents but the older generation tends to stay in their own yard.
Currently, the only place of business in all of The Meadows is the new twelve-screen movie theater. More will be coming in the next year of two.
