"Tranquility with friendly neighbors"
Springmeadow Lane contains a small and friendly neighborhood situated in The Meadows subdivision of Castle Rock, Colorado.
Most families on the street are neighborly and are out on summer evenings and weekends. The end of the street is a large cul-de-sac which the kids make good use of.
It is a fairly new neighborhood so the trees aren't that big but things are usually quite green. There is an entrance to the whole Meadows trail system directly off the street. It is also right next to the neighborhood is Butterfield Park. This park is immense and is used for football, soccer and other outdoor activities. There are tennis courts, basketball courts, a swimming pool and a jungle gym for the kids. It also has a large covered outdoor meeting and eating area with nicely kept facilities close by. Parking was a challenge for a few years until they finally added an additional parking lot. Now it isn't a problem.
Great street. Nice neighborhood. Good amenities.
