Cumberland St
"Street with nice homes in a friendly neighborhood"
Cumberland St. runs from Noe St. to Church and then continues from Dolores to Guerrero. It is a residential street. It is not a very busy street but still lively. It is very safe in this neighborhood. It is close to Dolores park. This park is very big and has big open fields. I personally like the palm trees in this park. . It also has basketball courts and tennis courts as well. It is also pretty close to Mission playground. There is access to a couple muni lines from here like the 24, J, and 33. This street would be a fine place to live.

Cumberland St
"Cumberland St: Nice Houses"
Cumberland Street is located between Dolores Street and Guerrero Street. This street is great because it has a variety of houses, all of them are unique in their own way but one thing the majority of them have in similarity is their cleanliness. The houses range from two stories to three stories high. There are also a few apartment complexes that are pretty nice. There is green scenery for most of the residents living on this street because there are medium sized trees outside planted on the sidewalk. For families with kids, there is a park, Mission Dolores Park, for kids to play sports or just to chill and relax on a warm sunny day in San Francisco. This street is also quite peaceful, there isn't a lot of noisy cars in traffic. This street has great houses that are decent and not just plain and boring, there is variety.
