"Mainly a School Zone"

E. 136th St., only covers about one or two blocks. It starts at Brook Avenue and ends at Willis Avenue.

There are rows upon rows of apartment buildings along a certain section of the street. This is especially true near Willis Avenue until you get to Browns PL. From here are mainly schools.
