"Dirty Streets But Nice Looking Buildings"
E. 143rd Street goes from Brooks Avenue to Morris Ave. When starting from Brooks Avenue, the first thing you run into is a school. By the way, this is also a mixture of a Spanish and English neighborhood.
Much of E. 143rd Street has residential buildings on one side, with a combination commercial buildings, schools, and industrial plants on the other side.
After passing Willis Avenue, you run into Mott Haven community. One huge attraction at that location is Mott Haven Community Center. It is like a Head Start program for kids.
After passing 3rd Avenue there is a couple of schools, a small park, and a few small stores.
