"The Best Part is the Home of the New Yankees Stadium"
Much of E. 161st Street from Elton Avenue to 3rd Avenue has road construction on each side, so the place is not very clean. Between Park Avenue and Morris Avenue, the place is mostly commercial with a number of stores on each side. Once you are past Morris Avenue, the Concourse Plaza is on one side and a school on one the others.
The best part of the street is when you come up to the New Yankee Stadium. But before getting there, E. 161st Street comes together in the middle of the road and goes down like into a tunnel. Concourse Village West and East are on each side the E. 161st Street. This area is also very well commercialized.
