"Dirty Area at Park Avenue"
Most of East 179th Street is made up of apartment buildings with a few stores along the way. But the area at Park Avenue is filthy and unsafe. Apparently they are doing construction work. Whatever it is, the area is not safe looking, dirty, and I would strongly suggest you stay away from there.

"East 179th Street"
East 179th Street is in a nice section of the Bronx. I really like this area because of its accessibility but also because of its simplicity. Manhattan is a bit pretentious and the Bronx is much more down to Earth, with more families and older people. All in all, a wonderful place to live!
