"Very Short Street - Only Covers a Couple of Long Blocks"
I am giving this street an average rating because on one end there are a lot of trees that give the area a nice pleasant look and smell. But on the other end, the opposite is true. The area looks dirty.
If you like greenery, you will like the one end at Briggs Avenue.

"East 202nd Street"
This street borrows the accessibility of the Grand Concourse Area, but I don’t think it’s the best place to live in the city. This area is filled with people who have been living here for generations, and because of that, is extremely diverse. Some would call it run down, but I think this area has a lot to offer in terms of real New York City life.
