"A short access road"
East 21st Avenue is just an access road inside of this subdivision. There are no homes which face this street, only the sides of yards so technically there aren't any homes on this street, although this is a nice, clean looking little neighborhood. For people who do live here, they have easy access to the highway and several restaurants are just a short distance away. Kids here can also walk to school as the schools (K-12) are all just across Strasburg Road.
