"Really Nice Neighborhoods With a Large Playground"
E. 216th Street represents to me a place where you can raise kids. It has nice neighborhoods, a few schools, and a nice large playground. To me, you and your kids would do very well here.
I strongly believe you will benefit from being here. Whether you have kids or not, the fact is if you like a nice neighborhood, you will enjoy being here.

"On East 216th Street"
East 216th Street is filled with several service oriented businesses and shops. This area is wonderful. With limited traffic and a nice neighborhood feel, this area is a great place for people with families or looking to take a break from the hecticness of the midtown area. This is a good place to live and I really enjoyed the area.

East 216th St
"East 216th Street"
An array of businesses line the street of East 216th in the South Bronnx. I found this street to be lively, and cleaner than most in the neighborhood, though, there wasn’t a lot to do in the way of entertainment. Everything on this street seamed geared to the people in the neighborhood, making it very residential and very convenience. There’s a school, a church, and few small business, and is very similar to other streets in this part of the Bronx.
