"Beauitful Location"
E. 235th Street enters into Woodlawn Heights. This section of the street is absolutely breath-taking. There are so many trees in the area. The people who live here have taken care of their own property, and the local government has taken steps to keep the streets clean as well.
This is one area I would recommend living at for anyone, even if you have no kids. There are schools nearby.

East 235th St
"Good Neighborhood, Simple Street"
While there wasn't much happening on this street, you will find some small businesses and places to eat. I think that this is one of the more dynamic sections of this borough and perhaps one of the more popular places for someone who is new to this area to visit, given its accessibility and calm feel. In terms of living, I wouldn't recommend this street in particular, as there are better buildings heading further uptown. The one good thing about borough living is that there are a lot larger apartments, preventing the cramped living from the downtown area. All in all, a nice street in a good neighborhood!

"East 235th Street"
While there are lots business, churches, and restaurants, this street has constant traffic, there isn’t constant fun. I think that this would be a nice street to live on, though it seems that there are a lot of run down places on this block without a lot of wherewithal to fix anything up. I wasn’t impressed with the upkeep, but I was impressed by some of the delightful people I met who ran the shops and stores on East 235th Street.
