"The beautiful New Regal Theater"
Located at 1641 E. 79th St, the New Regal Theater (formally known as the Avalon.) is a one of my personal favorites. It was designated a landmark in 1992, but was constructed in 1926 by John Eberson. it is a beautiful constructed theater which gives you the illusion of a star-filled sky. The Regal theater is one building I always make time to see.
