East Julian St, Downtown

East Julian Street is a very loud street with plenty rough looking areas. Houses along stretches of this street even have bars on their windows, giving the plain sign that this is a very dangerous area to be in, much less consider living there. While I was on this street I notice the lack of police cars, I didn't even see one make a cruise through this area where they are so obviously needed.
