Everglade Dr
"A great street to live at"
Everglade Dr. is a street located off of Sloat Blvd. It is a residential street. It is a pretty quiet street and not busy at all. It is in a very peaceful and safe neighborhood. It is right by Lowell High School and Lakeshore Elementary School. It can be a bit busy when school starts and ends. This street is right next to the Lakeshore Shopping plaza. A few blocks away is the Stonestown Galleria. There is access to a few muni buses like the 23 and 29. The homes here are very nice and very clean. This street would overall be a very good place to reside.

Everglade Dr
"Close to a plaza and a mall, quiet at times."
Everglade Drive is right next to the Lakeshore Plaza, which makes eating out and shopping easy and close. Everglade Drive is quiet at times and the houses there are suburban-like homes, they are quite big and do not touch one another. Everglade Drive runs between Sloat Boulevard and Lake Merced Boulevard which makes commuting to and from work very easy without having to cut through many neighborhoods. Stonestown is also quite close, which has many more stores to eat and shop at. At times, during the school year or on weekend, this road may get a bit more busy as more people tend to go out shopping on the weekends, and as students walk home from school (The nearby Lowell High School).

Everglade Dr
"Unlike other streets in the Lakeshore District, this one is slightly busier."
Everglade Drive is a very short street, about 2 and a half blocks in distance. It is located near Lakeshore elementary school and runs into Eucalyptus Drive. It is fairly close to Lake Merced where many rowing races occur. Lakeshore Plaza is located on this street which has your basic grocery store and other food places like Arby’s and Clothing Stores like Ross. On Sloat, it has the 23 line which takes you down to the beach or into St. Francis Wood but after Sloat, Everglade Drive runs into Constanso way. All houses on this street are typical sunset styled and are great for raising families, especially with the elementary school so close. The area is completely flat so taking walks or runs are popular in this area. It is also in walking distance of the well known high school, Lowell High School. And if you really like to walk, the zoo isn’t too far off. It is just because of the Shopping center that it gets busy occasionally, and I wouldn’t want to personally live next to so many businesses.
