"A friendly street near Lowell High"
Meadowbrook Dr. is a street in Merced Manor. It is in a very friendly area Even its name “Meadowbrook Dr” sounds like a pleasant place. Well maybe that’s just me. It is right by Lowell High and Lakeshore Elementary, both which are very good schools. A few blocks away is the Lakeshore shopping plaza. This shopping plaza has many stores, resaurants, and a bank. This street is very safe almost all of the time. It can be a bit noisy with the busy Sloat Blvd right next to it. Overall a very good place to live. I would recommend anyone to live here.

"Similar to many streets in this area, quiet, but near a high school."
Medowbrook Drive is a very short street, about 2 blocks in distance. It runs into the driveway of Lowell High Schools parking lot. This street is located in the Lakeshore district. It is fairly close to Lake Merced where many rowing races occur. It is close to Lakeshore Plaza which has your grocery store and other food places like Noah's and Baskin Robbins. On Sloat, it has the 23 line which takes you down to the beach or into St. Francis Wood. All houses on this street are typical sunset styled and are great for raising families, especially with the high school so close. There is two hour parking along this street due to the high school however you do get a parking pass if you establish residency there.

"Quiet short street close to huge park"
Meadowbrook Drive is a very short street ranging less than 3 blocks long starting from the busy Sloat Boulevard and ending at Eucalyptus Street. Meadowbrook actually hosts an entrance to the Lowell High School parking lot located on Eucalyptus Street and can be quite busy especially during the mornings before school and afternoons when students and faculty are leaving.
There are no retail stores or restaurants on this street but shopping at the Lakeshore Plaza complex is less than a 10 minute walk and is only 5 blocks away. Lakeshore has nearly everything from a large grocery store to a Japanese restaurant. The street is dominantly just homes with no real excitement except for Stern Grove Park located on Sloat and Meadowbrook. Stern Grove is a very large park with lots of green. Free concerts on Sundays attract thousands of people to the area.
