"Its a long street"
Fair Oaks blvd in the city of Fair Oaks is a great residential area. The neighborhood is friendly, its a pretty place to look at, and has nice houses and apartment complexes. Your extremely close to all the shopping centers and the mall but far enough not to have to deal with all the traffic. The main down side of living on Fair Oaks is rent is a lot more expensive than most neighborhoods.

"Busy street not advised for little kids"
The street has a lot to offer. Places to eat, things to do, and people to see. If you have small children that don't understand the dangers of cars and strangers, I don't recommend this street. It is very busy and because it is on a bus route, there are new people constantly, and for little kids this poses as a danger.
