"ideal for families"
this street is ideal for those with families as it is away from the heavy noise and traffic of the city. You can feel safe when your children are outside playing because there are not too many cars that go up and down the street and they generally keep to the speed limit as a courtesy to the residents. It is a beautiful neighborhood that is well worth the price of the homes in it.
Best of all is that the city is not too far away so you are never too far away from the fun and the action.

"A good place to get some sleep"
This street is nice, and the homes are really nice. It is a great place to be if you have had enough of the real city life and you just want to relax and have some peace and quiet. However, it is very boring here and unless you have a lot of things at home to sustain yourself, or you just don't care for much activity. It is a good place to live, but plan on using up a lot of gas to drive into the main part of the city for any kind of fun.

"Takes you anywhere you want to go"
If you are looking to go anywhere in Dallas, this is the street you may want to take. And it is fairly decent, and at times can be an enjoyable ride. That is unless you come on the wrong time, and if you do, you'd probably get to your destination faster by walking as this road can go from clear to bumper-to-bumper seemingly without notice.
Still, it is the best way to get to wherever you may be going.

"Great street to visit"
This is an amazing place to come, and there is something for everyone. They have a mall that is really nice, and I'd say one of the best you could expect to find in any state. Best of all is that aside from the shops you expect to find in malls, This mall has really high end shops where you can find the latest fashions. It is a place you definitely want to come to when you are in the Dallas area..

"Surprisingly very nice"
Most places with apartment complexes are not considered to be areas where people want to live just for the traffic and the fact that people move in and out frequently and you never know who you have in your neighborhood. This is an exception becuase there are many long term residents and they are all very kind and welcoming to everyone, including friends of tenants who come to visit.

"Fun for the family"
Most places you go, you either find something for yourself, or your kids, but it is hard to find a place that has fun for the whole family, This street has things that attract all people, young, old, male, female and you don't have to have a ton of money to enjoy what this street has to offer.

Living here, you would forget that you are in dallas and think you are in a forrest or something. This place is so beautiful and for what you get, prices for homes is reasonable. This is ideal for families as there is so many things you can do outdoors. It is safe, neighborly, and it is just overall a beautiful place to live.

"decent but average"
This street is an ok street with a little bit of shopping. You wont find much originality here because the shopping is inside of a mall, and the stores and places to eat are standard in pretty much all malls in America. It is a way to beat the heat, but I don't recommend it if you want a feel for what Dallas is really about.

"a fun little street"
at times this street can seem boring and kind of plain. There aren't bars and nightclubs all over the place, and the people who frequent this area seem quite tame. That is the best part of it though. it is a great street without all of the madness. Best of all, they have a farmer's market that you can buy your produce from. It is like an outting and grocery shopping in one.

"Nice street, and it is growing"
This area is no exception to the whole revamp that many cities in America are going through. They start out as nice areas, turning into not so nice areas, but now the trend is that the people who escaped to the suburbs around fifteen to twenty years ago are reclaiming their cities.
If you are a recent graduate or just have a fair amount of money, I suggest grabbing a piece of real estate here before the popularity skyrockets, along with the prices of the homes in the area.
Couples and singles will be glad to call this street home.

"another family friendly street"
This street is great for families of all kinds. Those with young kids are a growing population, but there is still a good number of those with kids the age of the parents that are now moving into this great neighborhood. It is nice because the older people act as grandparents and parents to the new families. There is someone for everyone to relate to, and when neighbors get together you would think they were all one big family, rather than just neighbors.

"Suburban living with city access"
This is ideal for people who want to have the comfort and safety of living in a friendly, family oriented community, but don't want to be too far from where all the action is. Everyone is friendly and most people here are very accepting once they get to know you. it is good because they always keep an eye out when new people come around, but it doesn't take long to be considered apart of the neighborhood.
When you are ready for some fun, get on the road, and in no time you will be in the city.

If you love beautiful homes, kept lawns, and shiny cars, you will love this street. Here, you can see some really great places and it is almost like a field trip coming out here. If you like to socialize and enjoy being around warm, friendly people. You probably should just keep both hands and feet in the car as you drive through. "Family oriented, but single friendly"
Usually, you have to find a neighborhood that is good for singles if you are single. If you have a family, that single friendly neighborhood is generally not as appealing. Very rarely do you have a neighborhood that is appealing to both singles and those with families. This is one of those rare streets. If you have kids, you are automatically one of the 'group'. If you are single, it may take you a bit more time for everyone to get to know you, just for the simple fact that you don't have a kid as an 'ice breaker'. Overall, this street is good for anyone who has a family, or is still enjoying the single life.

This street is simply amazing, and if you are looking for fun, you have got to come here. I'll admit, you are not going to find much if your idea of a good time is drinking beers and walking around aimlessly. This street has some of the most unique entertainment and it caters to a more sophisticated crowd.
The fun you will have here consists of watching a great show and talking to people, most are high level professionals and have very interesting stories to tell.
This is for the more established thrillseeker.

This is a great place to raise children, and you never have to worry about strangers. That is because it seems like there is always someone outside keeping an eye on the neighborhood children. "Great area with a bad rap"
Despite what you may have heard about this street and area, it is one of the nicest, and well kept streets in Houston. There isn't a whole lot to do, but what they do have is culture and great places to eat. It is family friendly and best of all, there isn't as much noise as you would expect from a city street, especially in Houston.
I think everyone from singles, to families, both young and old, male and female will have a great time here, just looking around, getting a bite to eat, and enjoying a little bit of peace with their city experience.

"Quiet, and nice for young people"
This is a great place to be if you are young. That is because it is nearby one of the best colleges in the state. There is never enough time to meet all of the wonderful, interesting people that are usually involved in some way with the school. The best thing about it is that it is not like most colleges, known mostly for their parties, this school has serious students and the only time it may get a bit rowdy is on weekends, but this street is great for even families, and is safe enough to have kids as well. Retirees may not get much out of it, but it is a nice street.

"A little bit goes a long way"
When it comes to this street, a little bit goes a long way. It is great for young people who live the hustle and noise of the city and who love to party. If you are looking for great food at a reasonable price, come to this street. If you are looking for drinks, although I don't recommend asking for anything more complex than a red bull and vodka, come to this street. They do have a nice selection of beers, domestic and foreign.
After a while it kind of wears on you and you will just want to go home. The grass isn't always greener, but as long as you get out before it starts to dry, this street is not bad.
In other words, come for the fun, but I don't recommend making this your residence.

"A Sports Fan's paradise"
If you love sports you simply have to come to this street. This is not only where Ted Turner's Atlanta Braves call home but this whole street is basically a sports lover's paradise. Even when there isn't a game happening at the stadium you always feel the buzz of the Braves fanatics that are regulars to this street.
Anything you could ever want to know about the Braves can be found on this street, but I recommend that if you intend to visit Atlanta with anyone who isn't a diehard sports fan that you leave them back at the hotel or let them go do their own thing. This street for a sports fan is like a woman in a shoe store, and one could easily spend several hours here and still not have gotten enough.

"Shop til you drop"
This is an amazing place to visit when you are in Atlanta, especially if you love to shop. The stores are basic so there is something for everyone's budget, and if you like, you can even go to the mall to find stores that you are surely familiar with. Plus they have the food court, and who can't find something good to eat in a mall's food court?
The only downside is that there are usually a lot of teenagers hangning out in front of the mall and they can get loud with their cars and music, and many times they can be very obnoxious. However, for the most part they are safe and are just looking for somewhere to hang out with their friends.

This is a great street, especially if you are young and are in need of either education, fun, or a little bit of both. This is an amazing place to be during the week as all you see are young people coming and going to classes, being social and just having a good time.
The weekends can be really fun too, if you know where all of the hot spots are, and if you don't quite know, just follow the sounds of music to the place with all of the young people taking a break from studying hard so that they can play hard. I recommend this street for people under 35 especially, as there is always something fun going on.

You may know of all of the streets with great shopping and dining, one of which is Beechnut street. However, after you are done shopping and eating and having a few great drinks, you may be tired and this street has some of the best hotels in which to do so.

Either way, when you come to Houston, find a good street for play, but when you are ready to rest, come to Louisiana Street.

This street is ideal for people who love to be in the middle of it all. Though there isn't a whole lot of things to do directly on the street, it connects you within minutes to anything you could need or want, from high end shopping to affordable, expensive lunch or dinner, to affordable. Best of all is that the people here have just as much 'class' as certain other streets but they didn't send in the clones like another hyped street I reviewed.

This street is just a bunch of hype. It is a typical area for people with a lot of money who don't care much for identity when it is much easier to just look to the next man to see what things should be. It is rather boring and once you've spent your money on that one of a kind 4 figure shirt that everyone else is wearing, insert irony, then you can go and have a hamburger like McDonald's serves for one dollar, but instead you can pay about 8 just to say you can. "mild to almost boring"
There isn't much to say about this street except for that it can be very boring. It doesn't offer really much in the way of great dining or great shopping. I don't think this street was meant to really be a tourist attraction so much as it was meant to be a way to get to the great shopping and dining on other streets in the area. The bad thing is that while there is a few different types of food offered on this street, the ones that seem the best are very expensive. One has to wonder if this author is writing reviews to earn points or has a clue what he is writing about. Is going outside (in San Diego!!) and visiting with neighbors a BAD thing? The comment "I have seen worse" makes little sense as the author had thus far in the review not made any criticisms. More suited to those with children? Where did that come from? Only 4 of 23 homes on the block have kids and the numbers decrease on the rest of the street. The street is mostly working professional couples and wonderful retired folks.
I guess actually vising the street and getting to know the neighbors would be too much to ask of CB4Real. It's difficult to write an accurate review a street from looking at pictures on-line.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but please leave the fantasy for your personal blog.

And best of all, while you are kept away from the main roads, they are close enough to where you don't feel cut off from the world. Great place to raise kids or even to be single.

"Everything and more"
This street has it all. If you want to eat, there are restaurants, if you want to shop, you couldn't ask for a better selection of major stores and small shops to choose from, and if you like access, you are nearby most of the major roadways in the city.
This is a great place for singles, couples, and those with children due to the schools being nearby and all of the entertainment there is for kids, young adults, and parents. Great place to live or visit.

"Far too noisy"
This place has one good aspect and that is that it is near the major freeway and roads. Unfortunately, that means traffic nonstop even at night when you are trying to get sleep. The roads are dangerous to cross because of all of the cars and people who love to talk on their cell phones while driving. if you love a fast pace, I recommend this place, but mostly for singles and maybe young couples.

"A fun place to be"
This place has it all. There are so many things to do that you may end up coming here and leaving without being able to participate in all of the activities. If you love tennis, there is always someone out there looking to play. The only bad thing is that it gets quiet early and people here really don't like any signs or sounds of human life after around 9 pm. Other than that this place is not bad. You should try and visit.

If you love the water and beaches, like most people do than you will want to visit this place and chances are you wont want to leave. This is a great place to live. It has many things that anyone would love to have near them. It has shopping in some really top quality stores, there are places to eat, and the freeway is close. The good thing is that you have access to it, but the bad thing is that the traffic can sometimes get out of hand. All in all, this is a wonderful place to live for young and old alike. I suggest visiting first, and if you don't mind the traffic, you just might move here.

"decent street, bad traffic"
The amount of traffic on the street isn't bad, it is the type of traffic. The people who live and drive on this street don't seem to think stop signs mean anything and will coast right through without so much as a look in any direction. Also, there are a lot of teens that think revving your engine is a sign of maturity or class. If you like teens and people who don't regard stop signs, this is the place for you. The homes are nice, though a bit overpriced and overall it is a decent place to raise kids because of the schools being all with in a few miles.

"busy neighborhood street"
This street is one of the more rundown streets in the area. It also has a lot of traffic regularly due to it being close to 695. It is known to be a street where teenagers walk at night and are known to fight and cause trouble. It is more of a street to take if you want a quick way to the freeway, but I don't suggest living there unless you like loud music and cars at night

"nice neighborhood street"
this street is a nice one to live on because most of the people that live there are either older people or younger families. at the end of the street is the beginning of the trolley trail. You can ride a bike, walk, skateboard, or rollerskate and it ends at old ellicot city, It is a really nice street and the middle school is on it too in case you have children.

"original street and homes"
this street has nothing on it but homes. That is actually a good thing because the homes on the street are the ones that had been there before the roads were even paved. If you are able to get one of the homes you have to pay a lot because they are usually passed down in the family that already owns them. It is a nice street to take as a detour from frederick rd or Rolling rd if you are on your way to ellicot city

"a street with culture"
This street goes through old ellicot city, a tourist attraction in maryland. People come from all states to shop and spend time in old ellicot city. It has unique shops for gifts, clothes, and even a great wine shop called carpe vinum, owned by a man who used to live in Englad. The place has charm and great food. Crowded when the weather is nice and the girls that hang out there are really cute.

"A street to take you to other good streets"
the street is sort of run down and is one of the only ones in the area with an apartment complex. There is a new community center and the cool thing is the street takes you to old catonsville. Old catonsville has shops and lots of cool things, like record and tape traders, bill's music house, and a frienndly's restaurant. Overall, it is a good street to visit, not necessarily to live on.

"The road to education"
this street, while busy, is a great street in catonsville. It has the high school and the community college on it. The schools are across the street from each other. Also, there is a YMCA and a church about a quarter mile away from the schools. Due to the schools being there, it isn't too safe to walk in the streets, although I dont' recommend doing that anywhere, but the kids like to speed to and from the schools.

this street is one of the more busy ones in the neighborhood. that is because it links to all of the main streets that people live on. The homes on the street are mostly old, but there are a few new ones that have been built within the last two years. There is a bus stop for the high school at the corner so it makes it convenient if you have highschool kids. "nice street with a view"
this street is not far from where I live. It is a nice street with new homes, as well as older homes that have been remodeled. There is a nice big church on the street that has a bell that chimes. I am not sure of the habit of the chiming, but it is nice. Also, at the intersection there is a country market that is like a seven eleven store but it is owned by a resident of catonsville. It adds a lot of character to the neighborhood. It is great for families with kids, singles or anybody who likes a peaceful life.

"great living for those with money"
This is a very prestigious street. This street is known in New Castle for being one with beautiful mansions. I lived there a few years ago and our home sold for over 600.000 dolalrs. recently we heard that it has risen to over 1.2 million, and it is one of the more modest homes on the street. A number of the Sacramento Kings live in the area as well.
Great street for anyone with the means to afford it. There are schools nearby and you are secluded enough to feel safe but centralized enough to not feel too secluded.

"Kids and pets welcome"
This street is great for kids and pets. There are a number of young families and the people are very social. you can see people sitting outside on lawn chairs in the summer, talking to their neighbors, playing with kids and pets, and having a good time. This is the street you want to be if you are under forty years of age and have a family or are plainning to soon.

"Kid friendly street"
This is a great place to live, especially for children. There are apartment complexes along the street, so that means that there are playgrounds, pools, tennis courts, and even snack machines in some of the laundry rooms.
There are a couple of fast food places up the road and even a gas station at the end of the street. There is a bus stop too.

"Not bad if you like Noise"
This street should have soundproof walls built around it. The people are so noisy. You have dogs barking, kids yelling, young adults yelling and partying, and older adults yelling for everyone else to keep the noise down.
The homes are expensive, so you'd think there'd be a touch of class right? Try a touch of trash. Avoid this street, unless you like noise or are looking for parties where half naked people leave their blinds and doors open.

"Less bang for your buck"
This street is an average American street. Houses too close to each other, overpriced, and bad neighbors. No one stops for the stop signs, children seem to think that darting across the street without looking for cars is a good thing, and the parents get mad at the drivers who have to slam on their brakes to avoid hitting the little monsters.

"Technically a retirement complex"
This street is quiet. Too quiet. Living here feels like you are in an old folks' home. All of the people are over fifty or at least look that way. They are all rather rude too. you would think older people would learn by now how to be polite, but sadly, no. The young people that live on neighboring streets think this is a shortcut so you can hear them zooming through at all hours of the night. No one stops at the stop signs and you'd be better off wearing a pair of ear plugs as you can hear annoying dogs barking at night.
