Forest Knolls Dr
"Forest Knolls is a different kind of neighborhood"
Forest Knolls is like no other neighborhood in San Francisco. It boasts duplexes, condos, town-homes, and many single family units. What makes it unique is that there are few if any homes that have been built prior to 1950. The homes are very square and boxy with little charm. Although, you do get a view from just about any home in Forest Knolls which could be why the price of homes remains elevated. If you have a fear of heights or earthquakes, this may not be your neighborhood.
One of the most desirable elementary schools is located in Forest Knolls. There is a long waiting list for Clarendon, and just because you live in the neighborhood doesn't necessarily make your child a shoe-in.

Forest Knolls Dr
"Pretty decent houses"
Forest Knolls Drive is located near the Interior Park Belt in San Francisco. This street is pretty short, it starts at Christopher Drive and ends near Panorama Drive. There are mostly houses here; they are pretty decent and have basically the same structure. Most of the houses are two stories high with two driveways. These houses look very nice and they have a very comfortable vibe. These house are also very clean, there is little to no graffiti on the houses. The street itself is remarkably clean too. What is unique about this street is that it is surrounded by great places. The Twin Peaks of San Francisco is a great place for friends and family to hang out, the Interior Park Belt is a great place to visit too.
