Kelly has the right of it! If they have a patio, you can have your dog. Some places even will provide general dog bowls in the summer. Old Town is more dog friendly than the rest of town, though, so stick to those areas - just due to having patios in the front of the bar/restaurant/brewery. Your dog, however, will not be super welcome if it is extremely late on a weekend (aka party time with the drunks) unless you have been there all evening. Nearly everyone is dog-friendly in Old Town.
