Are there any tea houses in Fort Collins?

Either just stores that sell tea or cafes that specialize in tea and scones, "tea parties," etc.

I myself have never been there, but my cousin goes to a place called Happy Lucky's off of Walnut all the time. She swears it's the best tea house in the state. Their website is www.happyluckys.com.
