Are there neighborhoods in Fort Collins to avoid if you want to stay away from the college students?

That is a very tough question to answer because there aren't limitations as to where students live in Fort Collins. There are students that live most neighborhoods in town. But generally speaking you will find much higher concentrations of students living within a mile or two radius around the Colorado State University campus. It makes it easier for them to bike or walk to campus.
