Interestingly, a subdivision Observatory Village has an observatory! I've never made use of it, but know they have family events there. Here's the site http://tiny.tw/38CY.

There's a Digital Dome in the new Fort Collins Discovery Museum - a virtual observatory of sorts. You can check it out here http://tiny.tw/38CZ.
