Is there a recreation center in Fort Collins with a swimming pool?

Yes - I believe the Epic Center has one

The Senior Center, Edora (EPIC), and Mulberry Pool all have pools - the Northside Atzlan Community Center, does not. There's also City Park Pool, which is outdoors, open in the warmer months of the year. Here's a link to the City's web site for recreation facilities: http://www.fcgov.com/recreation/facilities.php
