The best neighborhood(s) in Ft Collins in or near the mountains but within 15 mins of the city?

There are several nice subdivisions near the foothills.... Quail Hollow, Taft Canyon, Hidden Ponds just to name a few.... all super close to walking trails, parks and give that feel of being "out of town" a bit...If you want to travel further out of town more in the mountains you can check out Livermore, Bellvue, and Glacier Meadows areas... still close to "town" but more in the mountains.
