What are the Parkwood and Parkwood East neighborhoods in Fort Collins like?

Parkwood and the subsequent Parkwood East neighborhoods are very desirable neighborhoods. The homes are very well kept with homes running from the upper $200k on up. Staying to the West side is preferred unless you don't mind being near the railroad tracks.
