That is a great question. There need to be more and builders continue to mull this over. The way it is now, there are small pockets of patio homes throughout town. They aren't well organized, per se, and aren't easy to find. There is a cul de sac of patio homes in Fossil Lake Ranch in southeast Fort Collins, there are patio homes/duplexes tucked in to older central neighborhoods like Indian Hills and Parkwood. The most organized area is northeast (west of Budweiser brewery) in subdivisions called Storybook and Adriel Hills. Storybook is newer and Adriel Hills has been around a long time. Again, excellent question, it takes a lot of digging to find patio homes in Fort Collins- many times neighborhoods just have 4-5 buried within.
