Grove St, Waterfront

Grove street is a nice little street filled with Hi-rise buildings and swanky shops. A lot of development is going on here. You can see the construction cranes rising on every side. People who live here are mostly so-called "professionals". You can see them trotting back from the PATH every evening around 6-7pm.
If you are young, single or Indian, you will like this street. If you want to impress people on a budget, try renting here instead of going to Battery Park city.
