"Haven't Been Here Long"
But so far I like this street, for the most part. It has a diverse atmosphere and a lot of people walking around during the day. At night, it gets quiet, which is nice. So far, we've had only one encounter with rude people on this street. Everyone else has been nice and friendly. The weather is beautiful here, which is a given in this part of Los Angeles. This street consists mainly of apartment buildings. They are building a new complex in the middle of Jasmine which causes quite a bit of construction noise during the day, but it's not terribly annoying. The area is home to a lot of college students going to UCLA, USC, Santa Monica Art Institute or other colleges around the area. I would expect crime to be higher here because of the college atmosphere. Overall, I would recommend this are.
