"Familes and Students Both Like Living Here"
Families and students alike live in this area for its proximity to shopping, lush green parks, the beach (which is a 15 minute drive away), and lots of apartments and condos to choose from with most offering amenities including gym, pool, jacuzzi, barbeques, and volleyball courts. While rent may be a little higher than other parts of town, there’s a price for convenience, comfort, and a clean neighborhood.

"Student housing, Close to shopping"
Lebon is perpendicular to Nobel! yeah I mean both geographically, and linguistically (L>E>B>O>N N<O<B<E<L) !!! Close to VONS and a bunch of eateries. Popular among University of California San Diego students. There are a few residential complexes here, mostly occupied by UCSD students. There are also a couple of UCSD shuttles passing by.
