"Quiet, Great for Families"
This street is really a great spot! You've got excellent access to the 805 Freeway and from there only minutes to the 5, 54 or 125. It's also really close (walking distance) to fairly new shops and restaurants in the Sunbow area. Just past Brandywine begins a whole new world of new construction which really adds value to this area. You are only minutes from the new and fabulous Otay Ranch Town Center and all the new shops in Eastlake. This street is a quiet one with nicely kept homes and friendly neighbors. There seems to be an equal mix of families, retirees and couples. There are schools, parks and shops very close by - you won't be far from much. This area is the gateway to east Chula Vista.
