"A slice of the great american pie"
Ludlum is located between 187 street and Farmers boulevard in the family town of queens. This street is a great place to live and raise a family. My grandmother bought a house on this street and I so fondly remember my childhood days coming to her home and playing with the kids in the neighborhood along with my cousins. After she passed I bought the home and still currently live on this street and I still marvel at the close knit relationship of the people who live on this street our summertime yard sales bar-b-que's and even families getting together to watch boxing matches and pay-per-view events. In my honest opinion ludlum avenue is the greatest street street in new york city for family togethernest and great neighbors.

"On Ludlum Avenue"
This is a residential street with some nice housing options and places to go. I really liked the look and feel of the street and also how warm and friendly everyone was here. I think that you might like the quiet solitude of living out here if you needed a break from the city.
