Manhattan Ave
"$$$ Potential on this up and coming Manhattan street"
If you want to live in Manhattan but need to find a cheap place to rent, share, or buy, check out Manhattan Avenue. Made up mostly of walk-up buildings, this is what can be considered to be a n up and coming residential area. The good news....you can get in on the ground floor and have a great investment property as the neighborhood continues to improve. With its proximity to transportation and Central Park, this street has great potential.

Manhattan Ave
"A nice street"
Manhattan Ave runs between the Morning Side Park and Central Park. A friend of mine lives there. Thus, I often take the subway, get off at 125th St and walk down few blocks on Manhattan Ave. I like the atmosphere of this street. This street has good vibes, and it is not too trafficked. It is definitely a good place where to live. I do not know too much about the part between W 110 St and W 100 St. I normally drive down that way on a cab.

Manhattan Ave
"On Manhattan Avenue"
Manhattan Avenue is a nice street near Central Park. It is filled with small businesses and a quaint atmosphere. The views of the river are very nice and this area is well trafficked, but not terribly loud. It’s a nice oasis from the hecticness of the midtown area. I really like this neighborhood and think it should be considered on a move to the Upper West Side.

"Nice drive down"
I use Manhattan Ave as a way to drive from the west side of manhattan to the east side. Manhattan Ave has Morningside curve into it near 110th street. At this point, you can follow 110th down to 96th street and then since Manhattan Ave ends at 96th, make a left and then cut through the park to get to the east side. The brownstones on Manhattan Ave are in great shape & makes you feel like you are in a great neighborhood. However, that's not the case. I wish it were different. But overall, the street is pretty and a nice quiet place to drive through & avoid traffic.
