"Rapidly developing area with access to lots of amenities"

With the addition of the T line a couple years ago, Mariposa and 3rd is right in the heart of a lot of urban development in San Francisco. Close to the ballpark and lots of new commercial places being built to support the multitude of high end condos and lofts being constructed. Most of the food is less mom and pop though, but still a pleasant area.
