"Looks like a nice place to live, and Tracy Aviary is something to see."
E 1300 South is a fairly long street. Much of it is on a hill. The part we were on looks like a nice, residential area, but the houses are very close together. Our reason for being on it was the Tracy Aviary. What a great place! If you didn’t love birds when you get there, you will be at least interested when you leave. Traffic was light.

"East side of the tracks, POSH and not so friendly."
Although 1300 E has some of the nicer neighborhoods in the valley, and higher home values, the folks here tend to be a little less friendly and warm. East High school, made famous in the trendy High School Musical serious is located on 1300 E and is an amazingly well design school, adding value to the neighborhood, and making 1300 E an even more desirable place to live, if you're into the fancy life, that is.

"Nice area for a single family"
Many times I have visited this area. Although the intersection can be busy at times, it is a great community.
The area is close to a couple convenient stores, one being a gas station. Across from the station is a quaint building with a few shopping places for clothes, tatoos, and nicnacs.
The houses in the area are older built about early 1900s. The area is close walking distance from two parks. One park has many family activities throughout the summer including an amazing fire work display on the 4th of July. The other park has two baseball diamonds with an off leash dog park.
