This area is in the area of a residential neighborhood. There are many schools nearby including a High School and Middle School. A few convenient stores are nearby as well as the few restaurants.
Just a stones throw away is the Kearns Recreation Center which holds many events during the summer and winter.
Becareful at this intersection it can be very busy!

I lived in the area for almost 7years. What a great area for a single person.
My immediate neighbors were very helpful, kind, and were like my family.
There are not any shopping facilities or many restaurants nearby, however, there are many not far from here. There are a few convenient stores closeby for the quick fix of milk, candy, or gas.

This area has many places to shop as well as eat.
The eatting establishments vary from Italian, Mexican, Chinese, and even American. In the same area there is also a newly built Home Depot as well as banks and vehicle shops for oil changes and yearly immissions and inspections.
On the South side is a large buisness chain for food, clothes, garden supplies, and even car repair.
To the West is a hair and nail salon, a tanning salon, and a gas station.

I live in this area.
I moved to the city, particularly to this area for the family values. The area is quiet, calm, and very little traffic.
The view of both the Oquirrhs and Rockys is excellent and at the right times the sunrise and set is romantic.
Many of the houses are on a third to half acres giving many opportunities for gardens, flowers, and other outdoor ideas.
The area is still growing. With that we have had many large shopping chains build out here as well as many restaurants, vehicle repair, and even a large hospital coming soon.
There are a couple parks within walking distance but not many outdoor activities without having to drive.
This area is ideal for commited couples, married couples with/without children, and those who are involved with the community.

I live nearby this area. I drive through this area frequently. It's nearby the High School, small shopping malls, a gas station and Elementary and Middle Schools.
Not too far are restaruants, hair and nail salons, and grocery stores. There is even a veterinarian clinic and dentists nearby.
This area is not far from the Bangerter Highway which leads to other main cities and I-15 freeway.

In this area there are many new buildings and shopping places being built. The new IHC hospital, Lowes, and on the West side of Bangerter a few strip malls. These little malls have a variety of buisnesses from nails and hair, to food, to medical clinics, and children activities!!

I visited this area quite frequently in the past. The houses have a unique Tuscany look to them. Although I felt the colors of the houses were too dark on the outside, the inside of the houses were bright. The yards seem small to me placed on probably .18acre course I like lots of room.
The area is quiet and is family oriented.
This area is close to the main street of 12600 South which can lead you to many restaurants, shopping places, and even the soon to be built IHC hospital.

This area has many conveniences. There is a grocery store, a drug store, many banks, and a little strip mall that has a veterinary clinic, a daycare buisness, chiropractor and many other health care clinics.
The intersection is busy during the day but fairly quiet at night.
Nearby are other stores for pizza, burgers, and even a library.

Rose Canyon Road is a classic area of a farming community. Many of the new homes have been built around the farming community.
This is a busy street but the area has excellent family values with very nice neighbors, many who are all related.
There aren't any shopping or eatting establishments within walking distance but many are not a far drive away.
Quiet area!!

I have visited this area many times for the past three years. Many of the neighbors have been pleasant.
Although Rose Summit Drive is a main through way for traffic it is reasonably quiet. There are kids in the area so a single family or newlyweds starting off would benifit living in this area.
Rose Summit Drive is right up against the Oquirrh Hills so there are no backyard neighbors. Many times, the backyard neighbors are deer and antelope!!

This area is very busy. Even with the widening of Redwood Road there are still many older houses in the area.
This area is close to grocery stores, convenient stores, drug stores, and many many eatting establishments. A little to the East there's even a laundry coin-op!
With the widening of the streets it has made the traffic flow much easier to deal with when in the area.
This area is also a main throughway for the Riverton Parade held during the summer.

Many times I have visited this area. Although the intersection can be busy at times, it is a great community.
The area is close to a couple convenient stores, one being a gas station. Across from the station is a quaint building with a few shopping places for clothes, tatoos, and nicnacs.
The houses in the area are older built about early 1900s. The area is close walking distance from two parks. One park has many family activities throughout the summer including an amazing fire work display on the 4th of July. The other park has two baseball diamonds with an off leash dog park.

I lived in this area for about 10 years. After all those years the area grew to have new and improved places to eat, shop, as well as family entertainment.
Within a good walking distance there are two different areas to shop and eat. Shopping in this area can be for clothes, groceries, furniture, girls day out for haircuts and nails painted, even shop for your beloved pets!
This area is fit for any lifestyle: big or small families, newlyweds, and retirees. Many of the houses are old built in the early 1900s or older.
The city offers great services. Every summer resdidents are allowed to place their yearly junk and place it curbside for the city to come and pick up. It's a great relief from hauling it all yourself.
There are two parks within a 15 minute walking distance. One park has an aviary (bird zoo) with many activities and festivities during the summer. The other park has baseball diamonds and is off-leash dog friendly.
Although I never lived in the area whiile having a cell phone, when I am in the area I always get a good reception.
The area is close to buses and other public transportation. I never used these but I have seen them in the area with many other people using the public transportaion.
