"Nice street in one way"
This is one of the nicest streets I have lived on in one sense. It was very quiet and nice, on one side there are apartments and on the other side there are houses, this posed a problem some times. People in houses seemed uneasy with the apartments. I guess they felt it brought down their property value and general atmosphere. Some of the people were a bit ...I don't know how to put it, Not the best place for ethnic people but a safe place to live. Unfortunately I would clump majority of Culver City that way. Generally a great place to live considering other areas. I ranked it high mainly for people who want to go about their business and not be too involved with neighborhood activities or greetings. If you’re looking for a neighborhood that is very involved then I would say, that would be achieved better through ownership then renting. But there are neighborhoods were renters are very involved. I lived there around the late 90's.
