"Mercenary Residential Development Without Regard For Neighbors"
As a neighbor of Mendosa Ave down the hill I can say that it is super noisy from 7 am to around 4 pm. Several construction projects with loud and often inconsiderate workers and contractors of ruined the mornings for last six months. When confronted there is a loud foreman who has brought in a variety of teams who will not respond. We finally filed a complaint this morning and couldn't find a specific permit for the home. There are six or seven active projects up there now.
So, here's my complaint. There's no area or community involvement to help people in the neighborhood or other neighbors -- it's a high turnover mercenary residential development area where contractors and crews labor (often unprofessionally) throughout the week leaving no time for anyone to actually enjoy their home. As a neighbor, I would advise you to visit the neighborhood before 8 am to hear if it's the kind of noise you can tolerate.

Mendosa Ave
"Deadend road, one way in and out."
Mendosa Avenue is a small, curvy, and quiet street. Mendosa Avenue lies between 12th Avenue and 9th Avenue. There is essentially nothing to see here on Mendosa Avenue except various styles of residential homes, and two big water tanks at the end of the road. Gateview Court lies in the middle of Mendosa Avenue. Mendosa Avenue should not be used as a commuter’s road as there is only one way in and one way out of this street. Mendosa Avenue is quite clean, there wasn’t much trash when I went by this street. This street is also on a hill, and has some rocky roads at some spots on the ground.
