Ventura Ave
"A short semi-circular street"
Ventura Avenue is located near Laguna Honda Boulevard. This short street starts at Castenada Avenue and 8th Avenue. This street consists only of houses. These houses are pretty large and extravagant, most of the houses are two stories, some even three stories high. This is a quaint place because of all the green; each house has it's own tiny lawn or their own shrubs and trees. There are many trees and plants lining the sidewalk that brighten up and add to the peaceful and happy vibe of this place. The street and the houses are very clean here and there is rarely any disturbances to the peace here. This street is also near the Twin Peaks, which is a great place to visit when visiting San Francisco.

Ventura Ave
"Small street great for families"
Ventura Avenue is a very small street in the West of Twin Peaks district. It has beautiful big houses that are separated by green gardens. All the neighbors are friendly, you will find yourself saying hello to anyone when you walk through. This street may be confusing, just like the whole area. The street is winds around in a half circle. The traffic in this area is very light. Most of the cars that drive on this street are residents or people going to Forrest Hill Station. This area is very pricy if you would want to live here however completely worth it. There are parks and schools nearby. UCSF hospital is close, and also the 9th avenue and Irving shopping areas. The location and atmosphere of this street is just so unique. It is really great for raising a family or a quiet friendly lifestyle.
