"Great residential street."

Monticello Avenue is located just off North Central Expressway, giving residents quick access to downtown Dallas, the city's colleges, abundant shopping, and entertainment. This street is lined with comfortable yet upscale homes, manicured lawns, and shaded sidewalks. The residents of this neighborhood are very fun and friendly, eager to make any visitor feel welcome.
