"A quiet, residential part of town"

This is a great place to raise a family. It is a beautiful, residential part of Chicago with lots of lawns and sidewalks. It is close enough to the heart of downtown, but far enough away to make it almost a suburban feel. There are a lot of schools in the area, as well as a lot of local restaurants within driving distance.
