"Great shopping at independent establishments"
Magnolia Blvd in Burbank, CA is a commercial street, although it is surrounded by residential streets. Burbank is a fairly safe city, with good neighborhoods.
This street has many excellent retro & second hand clothing shops that feature a variety of styles. There are also some antique shops, specialized book & hobby stores, and restaurants. Porto's Bakery, a very famous and popular establishment in Glendale, has opened a second restaurant/bakery on the corner of Magnolia Blvd & Hollywood Way.
Traffic on this street is never too crowded and there is usually street parking to be had in front of many of the shops.
