North Garrett Street really is a police officer's nightmare. Gang activity goes unchecked in this neighborhood, along with drug use and prostitution on many street corners and back alleyways. Residents of this street are always having to look over their shoulders and rightfully adds more locks to their doors to try to keep the dangers outside their homes.
