North Harbor Dr, Midway District

Harbor Drive is a beautiful street RIGHT along the ocean. As you drive down, you can see the huge ships docked along the side of the harbor, which is always fun. In addition, it's right next to the airport, so there's always a ton of traffic (and crazy drivers). So, despite the beautiful view, if you can avoid driving down this street, I'd recommend it.

North Harbor Drive in San Diego is the home of the Maritime Museum. This street is jam packed with attractions for the museum and it right near the water. It is so busy since is one of the best attractions in San Diego, but is well worth it. Being near the water gives you the opportunity to take advantage of the museums water attractions and activities.
