Northeast 14th St, Pompano Beach

The easiest way to get to the 14th Street Causeway is go South on Federal Hwy. There will be signs saying this way to the beach. The 14th Street Causeway is mostly restidental homes; such as apartment buildings, privately owned complexes, etc. The 14th Street Causeway is one of the older streets in Pompano Beach, but one that is remarkably well kept. Many snow birds and retirees have taken up residence in this area. Traveling towards the ocean, you see some smaller apartment complexes and some that are very large. There are few, if any, commerical buildings in this area. After a few moments, you will pass over a bridge and then you have a choice between right or left on Ocean Blvd/A1A.

14th street Causeway isn't a major road. It is not even a very long road, but its home to many 55+ housing facilities and apartment buildings. Many of them are on the water, facing the inter coastal. There isn't much on this road other than older neighborhoods and elderly living condominiums and apartment buildings. Though it is not an ideal place for younger people or families, it is a very nice are for retired or the elderly. It is not far from other main roads such as Federal Highway and A1A.
