Northgate Avenue in Oakland, CA is a brief run-on street for a highway and it exists between West Grand Avenue at the south end and Groove Shafter Freeway at the north end. It's an area that mostly showcases more houses of various stories as well as a few parking lots and garages. While it is nothing of any special significance, Northgate Avenue offers one of the easiest ways to access the Groove Shafter Freeway.
